Salad recipes are my favorite, you mix everything and voilà, a wonderful meal! In this recipe I used purple cabbage, but it turns delicious also with green cabbage. A delicious (and healthier) alternative is to use sauerkraut – that is, fermented cabbage. If you go for it instead of fresh cabbage, you don’t need to add vinegar or salt. This recipe is great for meals with several dishes. It feeds well and composes the table in a beautiful and colourful way.
