 250 ml veggie milk
 150 g vegan butter
 300 g all purpose flour
 200 g sugar
 1 tsp soda bicarbonate
 1 tbsp cider vinegar

In a bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix them together.

Add the vinegar to the soy milk to sour. Then, add the vanilla extract, salt, sugar and the vinegar.

Combine dry and liquid ingredients and mix carefully until a homogenous mixture is obtained.

Place in a greased baking pan and bake preheated to 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until it is golden brown.
