 500 g flour
 600 ml water
 4 tbsp plant oil
 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
 1 tbsp yeast
 1 pinch salt

Mix all the ingredients together and add the yeast last

In a very hot anti-stick skillet, pour the dough into whatever size you want the pancakes.

After few seconds, turn back and voilà!
