ingredients.

220 g vegan butter (room temperature)
 3 cups powdered sugar
 2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp shortener (which may be coconut oil)
 1 tbsp plant-based milk

directions.

1

Ensure all your ingredients are at room temperature. This will help them blend seamlessly.

2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the vegan butter and coconut oil. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

3

Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, while continuing to beat the mixture. Ensure each addition is fully incorporated before adding more. Once the mixture is smooth and well-blended, stir in the vanilla extract.

4

Begin by adding 1/2 tablespoon of non-dairy milk. Beat well and check the consistency. If you desire a thinner consistency, continue adding milk, 1/2 tablespoon at a time, until you achieve your preferred texture.

5

And done. Use your vegan whipped cream as a delightful topping for pies, cakes, coffee, or any dessert of your choice! Also: store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Before using again, let it come to room temperature and give it a quick whip to bring back its creamy texture.
