Saturday is cooking day ♡ and today we’ve decided to make a fufu + flageolet beans stew.

A couple years ago I had no idea what fufu was. Found it in the Asian market near my place and did some research before giving a try :) Fufu is a sort of dough made from cassava or plantain very common in African and Caribbean kitchen. Because it’s a rich source of carbohydrates, it seemed to me a great idea to do with beans; hope you enjoy the result 🖤
