What a joy it's to make homemade plant-based milk. But what to do with the nuts' residue? I have a suggestion: cookies! Just mix the ingredients below and bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for ~10 minutes.

02 cups of almond / soya residue
01 tsp baking soda
⅔ cup vegetable oil
1½ cups organic sugar
½ cup almond milk
01 tbsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
¾ vegan chocolate (minced)
* for chocolate cookies just add 05 tbsp cocoa powder

Two things about German cuisine that make me happy:
〰️ industrial/supermarket gnocchi (which btw is super cheap, less than 1€ /500g) is actually made from potatoes!
〰️ fennel is used here as ingredient (not just as a tea or spicy).

Here, one of my favorite gnocci sauce combinations: fennel and onion sautéed, with some mushrooms + cashew self-made cream.

I wish I could eat that everyday 🙃
