Girls, this recipe is amazing! I just put the ingredients in the pan and UAU, the result was impressive. I just make the tagliatelle with my veggies peeler (I have one very simple like this). Is easy, los geht!

ingredients.

 3 qts large carrots
 1 qt onion
 3 tbsp coconut oil
 20 ml soya sauce
 20 ml water
 3 tbsp wheat flour
 1 tbsp curry powder
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tsp cinammon
 ½ tsp salt

directions.

Peel all carrots and make them like tagliatelle (or the form you prefer).

Chopp and saute the onion in the oil until golden. Then, add the wheat flour and stir until incorporate.

Add the soya sauce until obtaining a homogeneous mix.

Put the carrots in the pan and stir for few seconds and then add the water, lemon juice and all the rest of the ingredients and seasonings. Enjoy!
