 130 g sugar
  tsp baking soda
 1 tsp baking powder
 100 g plant-based margarine
 100 ml plant-based milk
 1 tsp apple vinegar/lemon juice
 1 tbsp vanilla essence

Add the vinegar to the milk and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix the margarine, vanilla essence and the milk + vinegar/lemon juice mixture.

Mix well until a homogeneous dough is reached.

Place the dough in a greased form and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.

It is ready when it is golden brown. To check, test the toothpick - sticking a toothpick in the center of the cake, if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
