Some people say: the more easy the more delicious. To me, there is some true on this. This recipe is super simple and the final result is OK – in the sense you can use the yogurt to put on cereal or to eat it with fruits and add in other recipes. The flavor of yogurt itself isn’t SO amazing. In fact, if you want a vegan yogurt which flavor really looks like a “natural” dairy one, you have to use probiotics (a vegan one, like this). In place of it, I used xanthan gum witht coconut milk. The result, flavor and consistency were amazing for me; but when I ate it with no fruits/cereal/etc, I needed to put some sugar (so I used strawberry marmalade and voilà: strawberry yogurt).

Ingredients

 300 mg veggie milk (cold)
 1 tbsp xanthan gum
 3 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 ½ tsp salt

Directions

Mix all the ingredients with a mixer or fouet and wait for 15 minutes.

I made a variation just adding mixed strawberries and a little bit of white sugar. This step is not necessary.

Mix all together again. The easier recipe you will ever made.
